“Work for a cause not for applause”

Even if you do things only for the cause you’ll always be greatful for the applause you’ll receive if you did a good job. Let’s be honest: The thought of the applause will make you work harder!

“Work to express not to impress”

The same as above: When you know your expression will impress people, you’ll work even harder.

“Don’t strive to make your presence noticed, just make your absence felt”

Whatever I do, it is never my goal to cause applause, to impress people or to make my presence noticed but I really hope that people will feel my absence.

“breaking up” with a whole part of my life won’t be easy… but after all these years I hope to make my point clear.

I can’t live on with my heart broken on a regular base. I don’t want the fear and the emotional abuse anymore. This is just too much. I need to stop before the bad feelings become too much and I’ll forget about all the good things.

I hope this will somehow work out…

Oh man, 2012 will be a special year.
